Overview

This is a swivel elbow between a liquid-cooling hose assembly and a rack-manifold port. The independent Danfoss FF4514 reference is useful when a fixed elbow makes hose alignment and tightening difficult in a confined rack; it is not a claim that this site stocks or manufactures the named part.

Construction and interfaces

The manufacturer describes a rotating 90° adapter in 304 stainless steel with an EPDM/EPR seal for the listed FF4514-2024-568 row. Its page image shows the series form, but does not prove that the photographed configuration is this exact order code or establish its installed sealing geometry.

Selection

The FF4514-2024-568 row pairs a -24 hose-barb designation with a G1¼-11 ISO 1179-2 BSPP port. The manufacturer's listed maximum operating pressure is 10 bar; 17 bar proof and 21 bar minimum burst are separate test limits, not alternative working ratings. The correct manifold port and hose assembly still need a joint drawing review.

Configuration options

The same fact sheet lists other hose-barb and port sizes within FF4514 and a more compact FF4521 arrangement. They are distinct order-code choices, not interchangeable dimensions on this page. Hose size, seal, port, assembly orientation and traceability requirements should be controlled together.

Application limits

The published -3 to 60 °C range is a manufacturer series statement and does not establish compatibility with an arbitrary coolant, additive or maximum-pressure duty. A dimension discrepancy between the accessible order page and the PDF remains unresolved; this page deliberately omits that disputed length.
