Specifications and configuration
Reference — PF3W504-03-1-Z
| Parameter | Documented value / configuration |
|---|---|
| Product type | Remote sensor unit for water flow monitoring; separate display/monitor is a different component |
| Rated flow range | 0.5–4 L/min marked on the pictured unit; not a range for all PF3W5 models |
| Analog output | 1–5 V marked on the pictured unit |
| Supply voltage | DC 12–24 V marked on the pictured unit |
| Process port size and thread boundary | PF3W504 size code 03 uses 3/8 in piping ports; catalog dimensions separately identify Rc/NPT and G thread-form variantsConditions: scope: The 3/8 in port size is supported for PF3W504; verify the complete suffix/thread form before specifying a mating fitting |
Manufacturer reference configuration. Values and conditions apply to the named reference; the supplied configuration requires separate confirmation.
Overview
This PF3W504 remote sensor sits inline in a selected water-flow branch and provides an electrical flow signal. A digital monitor, if needed, is a separate purchasing component rather than part of the pictured sensor body.
Construction and interfaces
The manufacturer photograph shows two fluid ports, a sensing body and a cable connection. Its label identifies PF3W504-03-1-Z; this is not the integrated-display PF3W7 variant.
Selection
The pictured code is marked 0.5–4 L/min and 1–5 V analogue output. Match the actual port thread, power and receiving controller to the full order code and current datasheet before selecting it for a loop.
Configuration options
Other PF3W5 flow ranges, port sizes or temperature-sensing choices are series options and require different order codes. They are not specifications of this particular pictured unit.
Application limits
The photo has a minor transparent-edge artifact in the extracted PDF reference image. Fluid compatibility, pressure drop, accuracy and temperature limits must be checked for the exact configuration and coolant conditions; no site-level performance is promised.
