Overview
This data-center hose assembly type uses a flexible braided metal hose and controlled end fittings to connect liquid lines where routing and cleanliness matter. The page is based on an actual pictured Penflex assembly but does not assign it a fabricated stock number.
Construction and interfaces
The manufacturer's photograph shows a coiled braided hose with two sanitary-style end connectors; the caption identifies VCR-style connectors as an example. Exact fitting thread, tube bore, braid grade and seal details are not recoverable from the image alone.
Selection
Specify the fluid, pressure and temperature duty, bend envelope, vibration, installation movement and interface cleanliness. The brochure describes thin-wall and compressed-pitch alternatives, whose availability and minimum bend radius depend on the selected size and assembly.
Configuration options
The manufacturer offers a broad programme size range and configurable OEM end forms; those endpoints are not the pictured assembly's dimensional range. Drawing-controlled length, end orientation, cleaning method, capping and bagging are practical procurement choices.
Application limits
Penflex reports testing assemblies for leakage, but the brochure does not provide a universal working-pressure value for this photographed construction. Do not substitute a family size range, general corrosion claim or service process for the selected assembly's rating or certification.
