Specifications and configuration
Reference — FITOK FI inline particulate filter series
| Parameter | Documented value / configuration |
|---|---|
| Documented construction | Compact straight-through particulate filter for gas or liquid; removable filter element and end-connection choicesConditions: scope: Manufacturer series; depicted unit does not fix an order code or coolant suitability |
| Filtration area designations | 2, 4 and 8Conditions: scope: Catalog area designations, not square-inch values or a common bore |
| Manufacturer max working pressure | up to 207 barConditions: scope: Series maximum; body material, temperature and actual ordered configuration control |
| Listed temperature span | -28 to 482 degCConditions: scope: Catalogue span; not rated at 207 bar throughout and not a coolant compatibility claim |
| Listed element types | Sintered 316 stainless and woven 316 stainless screen elements; nominal aperture choices are element-dependentConditions: scope: Do not combine all nominal aperture codes with all area or body options; selected filter code required |
| Listed body material options | 316 stainless steel or brassConditions: scope: Manufacturer order variants; brass and stainless pressure-temperature curves differ |
| Listed nominal filter element apertures | The FI catalog lists nominal element apertures of 0.5, 2, 7, 15, 40, 60, 80, 100, 150, 250 and 450 micrometres; availability depends on sintered versus woven-screen element and filter-area designation µmConditions: scope: Manufacturer series options, not a single product's rating; nominal aperture is not an absolute capture claim. FI area designation 2 does not offer the woven-screen element |

Overview
This compact FI-style inline filter is a candidate point-of-use particle-control component where a liquid-cooling loop needs an accessible filter location. The depicted FITOK unit is a manufacturer reference, not evidence that this site can supply its specific order code.
Construction and interfaces
The source photo shows one straight metal housing, directional arrow and tube-fitting-style ends. The manufacturer's FI documentation separates body material, sintered or woven element, filter-area designation and end connection; the photograph cannot identify all internal choices.
Selection
Define particle-control objective and allowed clean and loaded pressure drop first. The catalog lists filter-area designations 2, 4 and 8, but these are ordering choices, not a common flow rating. Choose a specific body and element using the required coolant and operating envelope.
Configuration options
The FI source lists 316 stainless or brass body options and different element constructions and nominal apertures. End connections and element selection must be confirmed as an actual available order code; do not combine every catalog option into an invented stock product.
Application limits
The manufacturer's up-to pressure and wide temperature span are separate series limits. They do not mean the depicted filter is rated at the maximum pressure at every temperature, or that brass, seals, coolant additives and captured contaminants are automatically compatible.
