Manifold assemblies are reviewed against the information supplied for the enquiry. The quotation defines the included component, assembly, documentation, and coordination scope.
Information to prepare
- Rack or equipment datums
- Port count, position, and connection definition
- Flow and pressure-drop requirements
- Assembly, inspection, and test responsibility
Responsibility boundary
This route supports component and procurement coordination. It does not imply complete liquid-cooling system design, installation, commissioning, or field-performance responsibility.
Define the port map first
Record supply and return paths, branch numbering, port standards, mounting datums, service access and any integrated valves, sensors or filters. A manifold body and a tested manifold assembly are different quoted scopes.
Validate the stated duty
Provide fluid properties and the operating point behind target flow distribution or pressure drop. Specify drawing revision, cleanliness, leak or proof testing and whether attached devices are included in acceptance.
