Overview
This serviceable filter uses a tee-shaped body to place a replaceable element in the coolant line. It is a component-level particle-control choice, not proof that a complete loop meets a cleanliness class.
Construction and interfaces
The reference body has an inline flow path and a lower element chamber that can be opened for service. Element construction and material, body alloy, connection and flow direction must follow the chosen order code.
Selection
Define the particle-control objective and the manufacturer's nominal rating basis before comparing elements. The documented nominal pore sizes do not convert directly to an absolute beta ratio or to mesh number across all media.
Configuration options
The documented series includes sintered and woven-mesh elements with different nominal pore choices, plus distinct body material configurations. Element size and pore choice must be associated with the exact housing and service method.
Application limits
The maximum pressure and temperature figures from separate material curves cannot be combined as one operating point. Clean and loaded pressure loss, coolant compatibility, replacement interval and contamination load require project-specific verification.
