Overview
This vertical inline filter uses a quick-opening housing for element exchange in a liquid line. The pictured FQ1011N-06-HX50 is one documented configuration, not every FQ1 size or medium.
Construction and interfaces
The catalog identifies a SUS304 cover and shell, an NBR housing O-ring, Rc3/4 process ports and an L250 cotton-fiber element. The photographed label names this same configuration.
Selection
Select the filter against coolant chemistry, required cleanliness and allowable clean-to-loaded pressure drop. HX50 is a nominal 0.5 µm element designation, not an absolute efficiency guarantee.
Configuration options
Other FQ1 lengths, port sizes, O-ring materials and element media use different order codes. Keep the photographed NBR/cotton configuration separate when requesting a substitute.
Application limits
The 1.0 MPa value is printed on the pictured housing, not a rating for a complete cooling loop. Confirm coolant compatibility, element service life and site-specific test conditions before use.
